Shipping policy

All orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our products are sourced globally and our business is located in Manila, Philippines, however we work with partners around the world to provide printing and fulfillment of your product orders locally where possible. This "shares the love" by contributing to your local economy, while also helping us streamline supply. Local fulfilment however is not always possible but it is one of our main priorities when curating and supporting a range of products for a specific country or region.

We curate our product offerings geared toward a balance of delivery speed and range of product availability.

For shoppers in Australia, this means the products you see on our store are most likely available for fulfilment within 3 to 5 days, then shipping will take 3 to 5 days. So for products fulfilled locally in Australia please allow a minimum of 7 business days to receive your order, generally no more than 14 business days. Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 14 business days and have not received a shipping update from us.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping rates and options will be displayed at Checkout prior to payment.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Rates for products fulfilled from the same country as purchase.)

In a very few cases the shipping will be claculated, but it is generally a flat rate for normal sized orders. The flat rate varies depending on the size & weight of the product.

From time to time we may also offer Free Shipping promotions and if you are subscribed to our mailing list you will receive prior notification so you can take advantage of these offers.

International Shipping Rates

Although we currently aim to print and fulfill products within the country of purchase, there may be specific products we add to the store where that is not possible and these products will generally be fulfilled from Europe or the USA. These products will be subject to International Shipping Rates that will vary depending on the fulfillment country.

We will make it clear in the shop which products this applies to and the appropriate shipping rate will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Internationally shipped items may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lnelife Online Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local delivery

At this stage we will only be offering local delivery in the Philippines and on select products.

In-store pickup

We don't currently offer a pick-up option.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@gojargon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Where possible we encourage you to use residential or commercial street address for deliveries. Lnelife Online Shop is not responsible for deliveries affected by carrier restrictions or policies.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Exchange, Return & Refund policy only if the item is as received, unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@gojargon.com with your order number and a video or photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
